1. Services Provided

Mirak Pest Control offers pest control services for residential and commercial properties in Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, and surrounding areas. Our services include rodent control, bedbug extermination, ant control, and other pest management solutions.

2. Booking and Payments

By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
All service appointments are subject to availability.
Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms at the time of booking. We accept payments through [insert accepted payment methods].

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Mirak Pest Control reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, staff availability, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

4. Service Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality pest control services and will take reasonable steps to address any pest issues as described in our consultation. However, pests may require ongoing or multiple treatments. The success of the service depends on various factors, including the extent of the infestation and client cooperation.

5. Liability

Mirak Pest Control shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from:

Delays or interruptions in service
Inaccurate information provided by the client
Damage to property due to pre-existing conditions or failure to follow recommendations provided by Mirak Pest Control

Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time of service
Inform Mirak Pest Control of any health concerns, pets, or potential hazards at the service location
Follow any post-service recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of treatments

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Mirak Pest Control. Reproduction or unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with Ontario law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
